I can’t fall asleep tonight. I’m like waking up in the morning, full of energy. Why? I played volleyball in the evening. I feel tired but not sleepy at all. I’m still high.

@ jonathan Fatigue is good for sleep, but not allowed fatigue oneself for 2-3 hours before going to bed. Before bedtime, you can drink warm milk or lemon balm. The process takes 20 minutes to fall asleep. In this time you not to think about problems. It is best to dream of pleasant things or listen to the audiobook as I do.

but when I must double back to the house with road, I then sit down and count from 10 to 0, before I go again, I try to make avoid black cat across my path too( but only on road) and to want to avoid the number of 13th

General Discussion 3 days, 13 hours ago · updated 1 day agoI went to the hospital to get some blood tests and an x-ray today. The doctor says I am healthy but fat. Gee…like I didn’t know that. Can someone tell me what kind of exercise I can do that doesn’t take much time? um…like less than five minutes. haha.

How about push-ups or pull-ups or sit-ups or all of them? As any of them won’t take more than five minutes if you don’t want to do too many.
